Gaya Hidup Sihat Attempt 2!!!chaiyok chaiyok

My original plan was to go back to Seremban earlier last thursday...i planned to arrive at Seremban before 5.30 pm or the latest would be 6pm....

why going back early was the original plan??
i planned to jog around my housing area...heheheh

but as usual...due to some important matters..such as waiting for this and that person to get ready for lunch....what i planned earlier never happen...

On Friday however, i did wake up early and went out for jogging....after 5 minutes of slow pace walking and 10 minutes of turtle jog...i gave up...

oh my god...it's killing me...my 2nd attempt however end that day...my diet plans for the whole week was a huge failure...

original plan:
1. jog 3 times a week
2. eat slowly
3. eat less
4. no midnight snacks
5. minimize intake of sweet drinks

actual ( for the period of Feb 1st till 8th)
1. jogged once
2. x
3. eat normally....large potion
4. burger pandan height almost everynight...(burger ayam special cheese, burger ayam and fries)
5. milo ais and teh o ais every single day and night

ergh there should be another attempt next week...and let's just see how far it goes..if it could last for at least a week....would be good enough...
